The Airrex AH-720 is a high quality 2.8kW portable infrared heater. It offers a comfortable and efficient form of heat and it is ideal for rooms in the home, conservatories, outbuildings, terraces, bars, pubs, restaurants and more.

This portable infrared heater features unique ceramic-coated heat exchangers and a halogen lamp. It also has a built-in fan to enhance the heating capacity of the unit. Airrex’s patented Infra Plate produces efficient and effective heat. The heat is focused precisely forward, which increases the heating capacity of the AH-720 compared to other similar infrared heaters. Made from an aluminium mix and ceramic-coated components, the efficient heating element has excellence resistance to heat and impacts. The heater does not cause noise or smells, and the longwave infrared radiation it produces feels very pleasant.

In-built thermostat control allows the heater to be operated automatically – it will switch itself on and off as required when the desired temperature has been reached. The Airrex AH-720 infrared heater also has timer control, overvoltage and overheating protection, a tilt sensor that switches off the heater if it falls, and protective earth.

An easy-to-use control panel with LED display and remote control make the heater very easy to operate, while the wheels at the base of the unit make it very easy to move around.

Goods Return Procedure

At Trade Gear Limited (trading as, we strive to offer excellent customer service. We want to make your rights as a consumer and our procedures as clear as possible. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel/return orders or report faulty/missing products.

Right To Cancel Order & Return Goods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. (Bespoke and perishable products are excluded).

You must have your receipt and the goods must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us via email ( or post (Suite 16 Stanley Grange, Earl of Derby Estate, Liverpool, L34 4AR) of your decision to cancel the contract, within the 14 day cancellation period.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Order Cancellation & Returns Process

If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, you will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This may involve either posting the goods yourself or paying a collection charge.

We will inform you of the returns address in our communication to you. This is separate to our registered office address. Please do not send goods to our registered office address, as this is our administration office, not where returns are processed. If you send goods back to our registered office address, the returns process may be delayed and you may be charged for carriage to send the goods to the correct address.

We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will refund you within 14 days of returning the items.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Faulty & Missing Products

If you discover, upon receipt of your order, that the goods are damaged, please notify us straight away by sending a photo and description to On receipt of the goods, they will be inspected to check for the fault. If agreed to be faulty, we can either repair or replace the goods under warranty or we can refund the amount to your account. If however we do not find the goods to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your cost.

If an item or component is missing, please locate the product name on our website, on your order confirmation or in the assembly instructions and notify us via the above email address. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible by replacing or supplying any damaged or missing goods free of charge.
