The Rexener Silence is a luxurious Scandinavian style hot tub with a wooden frame, Northern wild spruce wooden cladding and fibreglass inner pool for 4–8 people. It is handmade in Finland and features an energy-efficient TK-35 wood-burning stove to heat the water. It requires no electricity and offers quiet operation. The pool is ergonomically designed, easy to clean, hygienic, durable. The hot tub comes with a 3 year warranty and the inner fibreglass pool is guaranteed for up to 10 years. Efficient Wood-Burning Stove
Rexener Silence hot tubs come with a high-capacity TK-35 wood-burning stove. The stove has a 55-cm chamber and its modern design minimises heat loss. It can heat a full hot tub – up to 1,500 litres - at a rate of up to 15 degrees per hour. This method of heating is quiet and inexpensive.
High Quality Fibreglass Pool
The fibreglass inner pool is durable, robust, easy to clean and is guaranteed for up to 10 years. It can be filled with fresh water or even sea water. The fibreglass pool corners have comfortable, slanted backrests, and there’s plenty of foot space in the middle. It is also fairly deep in the midsection, which makes the pool feel very large. The pool also has a step that makes it easy to climb in and out. This can also be used as a children’s seat when necessary.
Inspired By Northern Nature
The colours and material choices used in the crafting of Rexener hot tubs are inspired by northern nature. The pool colours, for example, reflect the building blocks of the dream-like winter landscape – white snow and the black granite stone of the north – Gabro.
Rexener Silence uses a gravity circulation system and a wood stove, so it doesn’t require any electricity – just chopped wood for heating the pool. Enjoy a wonderful moment of calm and peace in this hot tub – in Silence. Just the sound of the fire, water and nature around you.
Versatile Installation
The square shape of the Silence hot tub makes it easier to install in a range of different spaces. It must be placed on an even surface that can withstand its total weight when full. (ca. 2,000 kg). The hot tub can be set on a bed of crushed stone, or on a concrete base. It can also be installed or embedded in a terrace.
In choosing the spot for your hot tub, remember to consider where you’ll drain the water. It is possible to direct the water flow elsewhere with a hose. The drainage valve is on the heater side of the tub, and fits hoses with a 25-mm inner diameter.

We have a range of great accessories available for this hot tub, including wooden steps to gain access into the hot tub from the ground, and an insulated cover to protect the pool when not in use and to keep the heat contained inside the pool when it is being warmed up.

How do I use the Rexener Silence hot tub?
The hot tub is easy to use. Heat the stove, wait for the water to heat, and climb into the blissfully warm water. Heating with a wood stove may take some practice to maintain the water at the temperature you want. 35–40 degrees is the most popular temperature range. If wood heating feels like a challenge, we recommend Rexener Aurora or Rexener Polar hot tubs, which come with an advanced Rexener PR200 diesel-fuelled water heater with electronic thermostat control. They also have a mass filter, water recirculation pump, LED light, and the Polar comes with a jet system with 8 nozzles.

Water drainage: There is a drainage plug at the bottom to make draining the pool easy. At the bottom of the wooden frame, next to the heater, you will find a 1” drainage tap that can be connected to a 25-mm hose.
Water must not be allowed to freeze inside the hot tub/stove. We therefore recommend our Rexener Aurora, Rexener Polar or Rexener Unnukka hot tubs for year-round usage, as their water heaters allow you to keep water from freezing at all times. No parts in the hot tub are damaged by sub-zero temperatures.

Goods Return Procedure
At Trade Gear Limited (trading as Outdoor-Style.co.uk), we strive to offer excellent customer service. We want to make your rights as a consumer and our procedures as clear as possible. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel/return orders or report faulty/missing products.
Right To Cancel Order & Return Goods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. (Bespoke and perishable products are excluded).
You must have your receipt and the goods must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us via email (customercare@tradegear.ltd) or post (Suite 16 Stanley Grange, Earl of Derby Estate, Liverpool, L34 4AR) of your decision to cancel the contract, within the 14 day cancellation period.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication before the cancellation period has expired.
Order Cancellation & Returns Process
If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, you will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This may involve either posting the goods yourself or paying a collection charge.
We will inform you of the returns address in our communication to you. This is separate to our registered office address. Please do not send goods to our registered office address, as this is our administration office, not where returns are processed. If you send goods back to our registered office address, the returns process may be delayed and you may be charged for carriage to send the goods to the correct address.
We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will refund you within 14 days of returning the items.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Faulty & Missing Products
If you discover, upon receipt of your order, that the goods are damaged, please notify us straight away by sending a photo and description to customercare@tradegear.ltd. On receipt of the goods, they will be inspected to check for the fault. If agreed to be faulty, we can either repair or replace the goods under warranty or we can refund the amount to your account. If however we do not find the goods to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your cost.
If an item or component is missing, please locate the product name on our website, on your order confirmation or in the assembly instructions and notify us via the above email address. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible by replacing or supplying any damaged or missing goods free of charge.
To us, it’s important that our hot tubs last. We have therefore minimised the number of accessories and unnecessary parts, making our hot tubs easy to maintain. If you wish, you can maintain your hot tub on your own. We also provide a maintenance service, if you wish us to maintain your hot tub for you.
