Rustins Quick Dry Shed & Fence Clear is a quick drying, high quality acrylic decorative finish, designed for use on both new and previously treated exterior wooden surfaces, including sheds, fences, garden fences, trellis work and more.
This outdoor wood finish is a high quality acrylic binder that includes waxes to give all external timber long lasting protection. It is resistant to water, ultra violet light and fading. It contains fungicides to preserve the film and waxes to give long lasting protection from rot and mould.
Rustins Quick Dry Shed & Fence Clear has a clear matt finish and it offers up to 5 years of protection.
This solution is also low odour, fast drying, water based and harmless to pets and plants.
Apply with a synthetic fibre brush, using the largest practicable for the job. Two coats are recommended. Drying Time is around 30 minutes depending on temperature, humidity and absorbency of the wood. Allow at least 2 hours between coats. Coverage is approx. 6-12 sq.m per litre, per coat, depending on the absorbency of the wood.

Type: Rustins Quick Dry Shed & Fence Clear is a quick drying, high quality acrylic decorative finish. It contains fungicides to preserve the film and waxes to give long lasting protection from rot and mould. Attractive wood shades are achieved with special pigments, which resist UV light and fading.
Intended Use: Exterior garden furniture, fences, sheds, trellis work. For both new or previously treated.
Special Features: Protects timber for up to 5 years. Low odour. Clean brushes in water. Water repellent once dry. Harmless to pets and plants. Resistant to fading. Greater coverage than creosote. Quick drying. Available in Clear and Light, Medium and Dark Oak, Mahogany, Teak and Walnut.
Preparation: Existing paint and varnish should be removed with Rustins Strypit Paint & Varnish Stripper. Remove lichens, algae and moss with a brush, scraper and domestic bleach, then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
Application: Clean surfaces to be treated as above. Apply with a synthetic fibre brush, using the largest practicable for the job. Clean splashes whilst damp, with water. Clean brushes and hands immediately after use with water.
Coats: 2 coats recommended. The colour will deepen as more applications are made.
Drying Time: Touch dry 30 minutes depending on temperature, humidity and absorbency of the wood.
Re-coating Time: 2 hours.
Application Temp.: Ideally 15-25°C. Do not apply below 10°C, or if rain expected.
Coverage: 6-12 sq.m per litre, per coat, depending on the absorbency of the wood.
Maintenance: Clean surfaces before re-coating.
Compatibility: Rustins Quick Dry Shed & Fence Clear can be over-coated with the Rustins paints and varnishes. Rustins Quick Dry Shed & Fence Clear can be applied over other fence and shed treatments and weathered creosote.
Settlement: STIR WELL BEFORE USE.
Shelf-life/Storage: Many years if stored in original, tightly closed container in normal conditions. Do not store below 5°C. Protect from Frost.
Hazards: Non-flammable. Flashpoint Nil. May be harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Splashes to eyes and skin should be rinsed with plenty of clean water. Keep out of reach of children.
Clean-Up: With water whilst still wet. If dried-on, clean brushes with Rustins Brush Restorer.

Goods Return Procedure
At Trade Gear Limited (trading as Outdoor-Style.co.uk), we strive to offer excellent customer service. We want to make your rights as a consumer and our procedures as clear as possible. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to cancel/return orders or report faulty/missing products.
Right To Cancel Order & Return Goods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. (Bespoke and perishable products are excluded).
You must have your receipt and the goods must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, with all packaging.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us via email (email@example.com) or post (Suite 16 Stanley Grange, Earl of Derby Estate, Liverpool, L34 4AR) of your decision to cancel the contract, within the 14 day cancellation period.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication before the cancellation period has expired.
Order Cancellation & Returns Process
If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, you will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This may involve either posting the goods yourself or paying a collection charge.
We will inform you of the returns address in our communication to you. This is separate to our registered office address. Please do not send goods to our registered office address, as this is our administration office, not where returns are processed. If you send goods back to our registered office address, the returns process may be delayed and you may be charged for carriage to send the goods to the correct address.
We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will refund you within 14 days of returning the items.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Faulty & Missing Products
If you discover, upon receipt of your order, that the goods are damaged, please notify us straight away by sending a photo and description to firstname.lastname@example.org. On receipt of the goods, they will be inspected to check for the fault. If agreed to be faulty, we can either repair or replace the goods under warranty or we can refund the amount to your account. If however we do not find the goods to be faulty, they will be returned to you at your cost.
If an item or component is missing, please locate the product name on our website, on your order confirmation or in the assembly instructions and notify us via the above email address. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as soon as possible by replacing or supplying any damaged or missing goods free of charge.
